Celtic Colours Celebrates Canada 150
Celtic Colours International Festival is proud to partner with our Federal and Provincial governments to celebrate Canada’s 150th anniversary as a country! We have a number of special initiatives that will support this celebration.
With support from the Federal Canada 150, and Provincial 150 Forward programs, we have developed programming that reflects many parts of Canada, including special inclusion of artists from western and northern Canada, and artists representing Indigenous, Acadian, and Québecois communities, along with the traditional mix of local and international artists which Celtic Colours is known for.
While these artists are programmed throughout the Festival, “The Bell Series: Celebrating Canada” at the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site will have a special focus on Canadian artists through the week.
