Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will work with our team to develop effective marketing strategies and implement promotional activities for the Celtic Colours International Festival which will include advertising and social media campaigns designed to drive ticket sales. They will also help to strengthen relationships with our sponsors, donors, volunteers, and community partners. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, and proven knowledge of marketing and best practices with a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, a related discipline plus 2 to 5 years experience, or without a degree or diploma, 5 to 10 years equivalent experience.

Box Office & Data Manager

The Box Office & Data Manager is responsible for managing the Celtic Colours Box Office in Sydney, related systems, and staff, as well as providing high quality service and support to Celtic Colours International Festival customers and donors. They will oversee the process of handling public inquiries and ticket sales, reports, and donations as well as managing our ticketing software, customer and donor data, and venue seating layouts. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills with proficiencies in information and data management technology and a degree or diploma in Business, Arts, Administration, Technology, a related discipline plus 2 to 5 years experience, or without a degree or diploma, 5 to 10 years equivalent experience.
