Spinning wool into yarn is a craft that has been handed down from generation to generation. It looks easy, yet requires coordination of hand and eye. This workshop, led by experienced spinner Judy Lincoln, will give you a chance to try your hand at spinning with drop spindle – taking raw fleece and turning it into a yarn with the most simple looking tool. No experience needed. Registration required with a maximum of 6 participants and minimum of 3 participants. Workshop fee includes all supplies; participants will receive their own drop spindle to take home, as well as some fleece in order to be able to keep spinning.
