Gordon Stobbe is a celebrated Master Fiddler of Canada. A well-known musician and educator, his work includes composing, creating, and hosting, as well as musical directing for theatre, radio, film, and television. For eight years, Gordon was the musical director, co-writer, and co-producer for the popular Maritime traditional music television show, Up Home Tonight. He appears regularly as an instructor at fiddle workshops and music camps across Canada and in the Canadian North. Gordon received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Canadian Grand Masters, was inducted into the North American Fiddlers Hall of Fame, and has been appointed a Member of the Order of Canada for “his commitment to the preservation of fiddle music.”

 

JJ Guy is an award-winning Saskatchewan fiddler whose music is steeped in tradition. He performs and teaches across Canada and in the Canadian North and also appears in festivals, concerts, and fiddle camps from New Brunswick to British Columbia. JJ won The People’s Choice Award at the Canadian Grand Masters and was inducted into the North American Fiddlers Hall of Fame.
