Tomorrow will be bustling with online, phone, and in-person sales, beginning at 10AM ADT.
Because of the demand (from wonderful Festival fans like yourself), securing tickets will likely take time. Our experienced team will be busy behind the scenes, on the phones, and via our local box office to help in any way we can!

VERY IMPORTANT: you can only see events & purchase tickets if you are logged-in to an account.
New customer

TIPS for buying online:
- Use only one web-browser window/tab when buying tickets or in-queue (waiting in line) prior to buying tickets.
- After adding tickets to your cart, always use the “continue shopping” button for navigating back to the list of events and adding more tickets to your cart.
*DO NOT use the back button in your browser.
- My Colours (itinerary planning tool on our website) is different from your ticket buying account- they are not connected and My Colours is not used for purchasing tickets.
- Not everyone registers for My Colours – please disregard if this doesn’t apply to you.
- If you’re unsure whether you registered for My Colours or a ticket account, please
follow the steps and links above for New & Returning Customers.
- If you do have a My Colours account – disregard it for on-sale day.
TIPS for buying by phone:
- If your call doesn’t get through right away, please keep calling until you reach one of our team members or have been placed on hold (then you’ll be in the queue with your call answered in sequence).
- Use one phone and call one phone number to reach the Box Office.
- Using multiple phones/phone numbers does not connect you faster.
- Have your wishlist ready!
- Browse our wonderful schedule for this year’s Festival before you call.
- Make your wishlist (and a back-up list for if any shows have sold out).
- *If you’d like assistance planning your trip or selecting shows, we’d be happy to help with these requests later in the week, when our team will have more time to chat and help you plan then.
- Please be patient with our team as we can help secure the tickets you’re hoping for.
TIPS for buying in-person:

- Visit our temporary box office in Gallery 209- located on the second floor, with access via elevator or stairs from various entrances.
- We use a temporary box office site for on-sale day to provide more space when lining up and moving through the in-person queue.
Notes:
Ticket Policy: no refund or exchange on tickets purchased for the Festival .
- If you have tickets for a sold-out show and cannot attend, we can do our best to resell your tickets to someone who has been wait-listed, if the tickets are at the box office (which would then prompt a refund for the ticket price, less service fees).
*If you have the tickets in your possession, they must be returned to the box office before they can be re-sold to another customer.
- In the unfortunate event you couldn’t attend or resell, donating the value of your ticket purchase to Celtic Colours is another option you may want to consider, which would be followed up with a charitable receipt later in the year.
*If you have the tickets in your possession, they must be returned to the box office before a charitable receipt can be issued.
