Following the afternoon concert, Dancing Up A Suête, immerse yourself in an authentic Acadian Culinary Experience, featuring a three‐course meal rooted in tradition. The evening begins with fresh local greens, followed by traditional Acadian vegetable soup (la soupe verte) and this region’s iconic Acadian meat pie, while blueberry cake made with local blueberries will round out the meal.

A local fiddler will also be on hand to add warmth and the lively spirit of Acadian culture to the atmosphere.
