Enjoy a home-cooked meal just a few steps from the afternoon concert at la Place des Arts Père-Anselme-Chiasson. This meal will get started at 4:00 pm with delicious chicken fricot and homemade rolls. The second course is Acadian meat pie made of chicken and pork slow-cooked to perfection and baked in an old fashioned crust, served with cranberry sauce and a fresh, crispy green salad. Dessert is blueberry cake with warm caramel sauce. All are welcome: concert goers and general public.
