Site Manager Training Series

Site Managers work with venue contacts and fellow volunteers to help ensure a successful concert experience for everyone involved. This training series covers preparation, arriving at the venue, working with volunteers and hospitality, completing show night settlements, and wrap-up. Work through the videos and quizzes in order. After each quiz, be sure to review your score and read the feedback before moving on to the next video.
