Our team will be working hard behind the scenes, on the phones, and at the local box office. Due to high demand from amazing fans like you, securing tickets may take time. We thank you in advance for your patience!

TIPS for buying online:

  • Use only one browser window or tab while buying tickets or waiting in the queue.
  • After adding tickets to your cart, always click “Continue Shopping” to go back to the list of events.
  • Do not use your browser’s back button.
  • Please note: My Colours is an itinerary planning tool and is not linked to your ticket account. It’s designed to help you plan your Festival experience, but adding events to My Colours does not reserve or purchase tickets.

TIPS for buying by phone:

  • If the line is busy, keep calling until you’re connected or placed on hold. Once you’re on hold, your call will be answered in order.
  • Call from one phone to one number. Calling from multiple phones or numbers won’t get you through faster.
  • Have your wishlist ready, including a backup list in case some shows are sold out.
  • Need help planning your trip? Our team will be happy to help after July 8th when call volumes are lower.

TIPS for buying in-person:

  • Visit our temporary box office in Gallery 209 – located on the second floor, with access via elevator or stairs from various entrances.
  • We use a temporary box office site for on-sale day to provide more space when lining up and moving through the in-person queue.

Ticket Policy

  • All sales are final: no refunds or exchanges.
  • If you can’t attend a sold-out show, we can try to resell your tickets if they’re returned to the box office.
  • If successfully resold, you’ll be refunded the ticket price (less service fees).
  • Alternatively, you can donate your ticket value back to the Festival for a charitable receipt (issued later in the year). Again, tickets must be returned to the box office before a receipt can be issued.
