With deep family roots in Cape Breton’s Celtic music, Malcolm MacNeil is carving out his space in the local scene, performing on guitar and fiddle. He has performed with many local artists, including The Barra MacNeils and Heather Rankin. This summer Malcolm recorded his debut studio album with assistance from the Festival Volunteer Drive’ers Association as a “Big Sampie” Award winner.
